$15 Deposit for Tattoo appointment.

*The tattoo deposit is part of the total price of your tattoo and is non-refundable. If you need to make any changes to your scheduled tattoo appointment date, you must inform WAMA Tattoo Studio at least 48 hours prior to your tattoo appointment. If you do not show up for your tattoo appointment, you forfeit your deposit and a new deposit is required to set up a new appointment date. If you fail to show up 2 times without advanced notice, we will not accept any more booking requests from you any more. Please arrive on time to your tattoo appointment, we can not accommodate you if you arrive past half hour of your appointment window. Please understand that we need to attend to other clients that may be scheduled on the same date. After we send you the design, we can make changes to the design 2 times for free, if you would like to continue making adjustment, or change the design theme, another deposit may be required. A copy of this deposit form will be given to you for your record.
